To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Trial Period: We may offer a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• Subscription: The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly).

The Service aggregates content from third-party sources ("Third-Party Content"). We do not claim ownership of Third-Party Content. Your use of Third-Party Content is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platforms.

MentionWatch and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MentionWatch and its licensors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MentionWatch makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein. We do not guarantee that the Service will capture every relevant mention on the internet.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MentionWatch, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
