Which platforms do you support?
Currently, we support monitoring across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook. We are constantly evaluating new platforms to help you stay on top of all your social mentions.
How accurate is the sentiment analysis?
We use advanced AI models to categorize posts with high accuracy. While AI handles the heavy lifting, you always have the final say and can manually adjust the sentiment of any post in your dashboard to ensure your reports are 100% accurate.

How many keywords can I track?
It depends on your plan. Our Starter plan includes 3 keyword slots with daily refreshes, while the Growth plan offers up to 8 keywords with 12-hour refresh cycles. You can easily upgrade or add more keywords as your needs grow.
Can I track custom keywords?

What are the data limits per cycle?
We prioritize quality over noise. Each monitoring cycle captures the latest 20 videos for TikTok and the latest 35 posts per platform for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X. This ensures you see the most impactful mentions.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
